deposit of 50% of the appropriate rental rate is required to hold
your reservation. This is your security deposit also. It will
be refunded in cash after a check-out inspection. Payment
for the full amount of your rent is due 2 full weeks before your
scheduled vacation. This will secure your reservation and insure
the readiness of the house for your arrival.
